August 23	Advance registration requirement to make hotel reservations lifted Last day for students to make hotel reservations from student block
September 23	Exhibitor block housing deadline
October 14	Last day to cancel hotel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax
November 1	Last day to make, change, or cancel reservations through SfN Housing
November 4	Changes and cancelations must be made with the hotels

June 24	Exhibit priority point cut off for applications Last day to Cancel or Downsize - will result in a charge equal to 25% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space. Institutes and nonprofits will pay administrative fee equal to 10% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space.
June 25 - August 21	Cancel or Downsize - will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space. Institutes and nonprofits will pay administrative fee equal to 10% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space.
