May 21	Online abstract submission opens
June 4	Deadline for abstract submission, 5 p.m. EDT
June 6	Edits to submitted abstracts must be entered by 2 p.m. EDT
Early August	Notifications of abstract acceptance status sent to presenting authors
Early September	黑料社 Meeting Planner (NMP) available on SfN.org
September 3	Late-breaking abstract submission opens
September 10	Late-breaking abstract submission closes
Late September	Notification of late-breaking abstract acceptance status sent to presenting authors

July 15	Bonus Day for members who renewed membership by March 31, 2025 鈥� opens at noon EDT
July 16	Advance member registration opens at noon EDT
July 22	Advance nonmember registration opens at noon EDT
July 23	Press registration opens at noon EDT
July 29	Exhibitor registration opens at noon EDT
October 6	Last day to cancel annual meeting registration and receive refund Last day for registration substitution requests Deadline for online advance registration, 11:59 p.m. EDT
October 7	Regular registration opens at midnight EDT and continues through the annual meeting

Hotel Reservations

July 15	Bonus Day Housing opens for members who renewed membership by March 31, 2025
July 16	Housing for advance member registrants opens
July 22	Housing for advance nonmember registrants opens
July 23	Press housing opens
July 29	Exhibitor housing opens
August 25	Last day for students to make hotel reservations from student block
August 26	Advance registration requirement to make hotel reservations lifted
September 26	Exhibitor block housing deadline
October 17	Last day to cancel hotel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax
November 4	Last day to make, change, or cancel reservations through SfN Housing
November 7	Changes and cancelations must be made with the hotels

Exhibits

January 27	Exhibitor booth sales open online (Group A) – Open to all commercial companies that exhibited at 黑料社 2024 in Chicago. To be considered Group A assignments companies must submit their applications, with 50% payment, by February 21.
February 21	Exhibit Application Submission Closes (Group A) Last day to Cancel or Downsize (Group A) – will result in a charge equal to 25% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space
March 3 - 7	Space Selection Appointments via Zoom Call (Group A)
March 10	Booth confirmations and invoices emailed to Primary Admin Contact (Group A)
March 11	Exhibitor booth sales open online (Group B) – All companies (commercial, nonprofit, institute (U.S. Government Agencies only) that have submitted an application between March 11 and May 2 with 50% deposit (nonprofit and institute – 100% deposit).
March 17	Graduate School Fair application submission opens Art of 黑料社 application submission opens
May 2	Priority Point Deadline Exhibit Application Submission Closes (Group B)
May 3	Exhibit Fees Increase
May 3–July 11	Cancel or Downsize –will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space. Institutes and nonprofits will pay administrative fee equal to 10% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space.
May 12 - 16	Space Selection Appointments via Zoom Call (Group B)
May 19	Booth confirmations and invoices emailed to Primary Admin Contact (Group B)
May 23	Graduate School Fair booth balance deadline, before fee increase Art of 黑料社 application submission closes
May 24	Graduate School Fair fees increase
June 20	Art of 黑料社 booth balance deadline
July 11	Exhibitor Booth Balance Deadline Last day to Cancel or Downsize – will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space. Institutes and nonprofits will pay administrative fee equal to 10% of the total cost of the cancelled/downsized space.
July 12 - November 19	Cancellation or Downsize –will result in a charge equal to 100% of total cost of the cancelled space.
July 29	Exhibitor Service Manual available online Exhibitor badge submission opens Exhibitor housing opens
September 5	Materials for Program and Exhibit Guide advertisements due to SfN Closing date for advertising reservations in the Program and Exhibit Guide
September 12	Exhibit Island and Peninsula drawings due to SfN for approval Deadline for product categories and company contact information
September 26	Exhibitor block housing deadline
October 17	Exhibit booth giveaways request deadline
November 12 8 a.m.–6 p.m. PST	Installation of Exhibits, Island Booths only Badge pickup onsite, badges will not be mailed
November 13 8 a.m.–6 p.m. PST	Installation of Exhibits Badge pickup onsite, badges will not be mailed
November 14 8 a.m.–6 p.m. PST	Installation of Exhibits Note: All crates and boxes must be marked for removal from floor by 6 p.m. PST Badge pickup onsite, badges will not be mailed
November 15 8–10 a.m. PST	Installation of Exhibits (8–10 a.m. PST) — i.e., pop ups and vinyl case booth Note: Exhibitor light set up may continue until 6 p.m. PST. Poster session in hall beginning at 1 p.m. PST Badge pickup onsite, badges will not be mailed
November 15 - 19	Meeting dates Badge pickup onsite, badges will not be mailed
