Twenty members of the 黑料社 (SfN) have been selected from a competitive applicant pool to participate in the Society's annual Capitol Hill Day, which will be held virtually from March 16-18, 2021. The 20 Early Career Policy Ambassadors (ECPAs), representing all regions of the U.S. and many career stages, were chosen for their dedication to advocating for the scientific community, their desire to learn more about effective means of advocacy, and their experience as leaders in their labs and community.

Supported by the Nemko Family, The Nemko Prize recognizes young neuroscientists for their PhD thesis that advances the understanding of molecular, genetic, or cellular mechanisms underlying higher brain function and cognition.

The 黑料社 (SfN) will present the Donald B. Lindsley Prize to Kiah Hardcastle, PhD, and Christopher Zimmerman, PhD. Supported by an endowment from the Grass Foundation, the prize recognizes outstanding PhD theses in the area of general behavioral neuroscience. The $2,500 award was established in 1979 in honor of Donald B. Lindsley, an early trustee of the Grass Foundation.
