About Presentation Formats
黑料社 2023 abstract presenters have the opportunity to present 1) in person in Washington, D.C.; 2) through a virtual platform only; or 3) in both venues.
- In-Person Scientific Poster: Presenters will be assigned to a four-hour session time to present their paper poster at the in-person Exhibit Hall and Poster Floor. They will be required to be at their posters to answer questions for one hour but are welcome to stay at their posters the full four hours. In-person poster presenters are also encouraged to upload a virtual poster.
- In-Person Theme J Poster: Theme J posters will be posted for three half-days on the poster floor at the in-person Exhibit Hall and Poster Floor: Saturday p.m., Sunday a.m., and Sunday p.m. with a one-hour required presentation time. Theme J poster presenters are also encouraged to upload a virtual poster.
- Nanosymposium: Presenters will have a 10-15-minute slide-based oral presentation. Nanosymposia will only be held at the in-person meeting. However, nanosymposia presenters are also encouraged to upload a virtual poster. Watch on-demand the webinar from May 22.
- Virtual-Only Scientific and Theme J Poster: Virtual poster presentations will consist of an uploaded poster PDF with the option to upload a video. An asynchronous text chat will be available for each poster for registered annual meeting attendees to leave questions or comments. Virtual-only abstracts will not be sessioned into nanosymposia. Virtual posters will be available for registered 黑料社 2023 participants approximately one week before the annual meeting through 30 days following the end of the meeting.

Submission Options
Authors may select from three presentation formats when submitting an abstract, including:
- Nanosymposium preferred, indicating preference for a nanosymposium session but will accept poster format.
- Poster only, indicating author will accept ONLY a poster session.
- No preference, indicating authors' willingness to be placed in the best format for the program.
While the Program Committee makes every effort to honor requests, due to space limitations, the committee cannot guarantee preferences for a nanosymposium.
